Federal Economic Public Service recorded over one thousand alerts since early this year.
Main complaints involve excessive pricing, illegal customer calls, and unclear pricing information. Last year, total complaints nearly doubled compared to the figures from previous year.
Officials highlight that problems may stem from only a small number of companies. Consumers are urged to demand clear prices, know their rights, choose trustworthy providers.
