Alcohol and drug test results in Belgium highlight dangerous road behaviors nationwide. From June nineteenth to twenty-second, nationwide traffic checks took place across Belgium.
Over sixty thousand drivers underwent breath alcohol tests by police during operations.
Authorities found more than one percent of drivers tested positive for alcohol. Seventy-five saliva drug tests out of one hundred forty-nine gave positive results.
Licenses of four hundred one for alcohol, sixty-six for drugs, were revoked. Officials stress sober driving is a critical duty for everyone’s safety every day.
